Business, governments and NGOs are called upon to demonstrate respect for their stakeholders and listen to them. Since the guide is published in Dutch I wrote an essay in English with some of its major highlights.

On 8 March 2022 we published Bloed, zweet, maar samen (Blood, sweat, and cooperation) was launched. The book addresses the collaboration between innovative startups and scale-ups and corporations aimed to create a more sustainable, just and inclusive society. We dive into the exciting world of mutual collaborations as well as in the world of multi-actor cooperations aimed at changing the economic and social system. Obviously to make it more just and sustainable.

On Thursday 24 February 2022 the ePub Wending naar welzijn in werk (Pivoting towards wellbeing in the workplace) was launched during a MVO Netherlands masterclass. You can watch the masterclass here - starring Marlies Van Wijhe (CEO Van Wijhe Verf), Jan-Joost Bosman (CEO Auping), Michiel de Haan (CEO Royal Lemkes) and Viisionair Peter de Boer. The masterclass was moderated by Erwin van Overbeek (MVO Nederland), Wieteke Conen (UvA) and myself.
Agape in Organizations
At the start of 2022 I became a board member of a new Foundation: Agape in Organisations. As the name indicates, the foundation endeavours the implementation of agape in private and public organisations.
